Switch knob is 9.3mm diameter x 15.0mm high with a 4.8mm x 1.3mm rectangular hole
Tremolo arm tip is 9.6mm diameter x 37.8 long with a 5mm hole

To fit Metric or USA split-shaft pots. It is important that the knobs match the pots used or damage can result to both. The three common size pots used on guitars are -
