Klemmsia clamps have a reputation as the go-to clamp for luthiers. The traditional German timber clamps have a eccentric locking lever, or cam, which allows the user to precisely adjust the pressure of the clamp.
Attention to detail is very high, with all parts smoothed out and all edges rounded off. They make not only a practical but aesthetically pleasing addition to any workshop.
The timber parts are White Beech, a timber known for its stability, strength and light weight. The jaws are lined with cork, to protect the piece being worked on and provide added grip for curves and edges. The rail is galvanised steel to withstand clamping pressure with ease.
