PRS McCarty Electric Guitar Plan

The McCarty is one of the more challenging solidbody electric guitars to build. It has a glued-in neck and carved top as well as a tremolo, which requires extra cavity routing and setup. The two humbucker pickups are set into the body using mounting rings. A variety of parts are available in different finishes.
