7-String Multiscale Electric Guitar Plan

The 'fanned fret' design of a multiscale guitar allows for longer basses with improved bass response. Many players find the layout of the fingerboard easier to play. This plan features the most common scales of 25.5" on the treble side and 27.5" on the bass side The angled frets, bridge and pickups add complexity to the building of a multiscale guitar compared to a standard scale. Aside from those complications it is an easy guitar to build due to it's bolt-on neck and fixed bridge design. The two humbucker pickups are attached with mounting rings.
