Figured Queensland Walnut Electric Cap #14

Electric guitars with an arched top, such as Les Paul and PRS styles, need a thick cap on the front of the body. The thickness of the cap allows for the carving of the deep arch which gives these guitars their beautiful look. The cap is glued onto the front of a regular body blank.
