Usage instructions -
Micro-Mesh pads are ideal for polishing small surfaces and for performing finish touch-ups and repairs.

For finish touch-ups, start by leveling the surface with a hard or semi-hard sanding block and fine sandpaper of 1000-2000 grit.

Begin with the coarsest grit Micro-Mesh pad you will use. For example you may start with 3200 grit if there are no marks deep enough to require the 1500, 1800 or 2400 grits.

Polish the surface with each grit before moving on to a finer one. The time needed with each grit is less than with regular sandpaper, because there are so many grits to go through.

Do not polish the very edge of the surface to avoid polishing through the edge.

An optional step is to follow up with polishing compounds, for a perfect, swirl-free finish.
