Queensland Maple Bolt-On Neck Blanks

Queensland Maple has been used for many years in the Australian guitar industry. Australian guitar manufacturer Maton have used this timber for the necks of most of their guitars for several decades. The timber is similar to Mahogany, lightweight, stable and strong, making it ideal for necks. It has straight grain and carves and sands easily. The figured grades exhibit a beautiful and subtle diagonal figuring. These Bolt-on style necks are suitable for Fender-style bolt-on necks. The two-tone necks have some pink coloured heartwood and lighter sapwood. Minimum Dimensions - 750mm x 95mm x 25.5mm (29 17/32" x 3 47/64" x 1")
