A treble bleed is one of the most simple and useful modifications you can make to the electronics of a guitar. It will smooth out the tone and make it more rounded, especially when the volume is turned down low.
Use this resistor in combination with our 0.001 mf capacitor to create a treble bleed mod for the volume control of any guitar. Simply solder the capacitor and resistor in parallel across the input and output lugs of the volume pot.
